1.Spinach Omelette


Servings: 2

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
    • 1 cup chopped spinach
    • 1 cup Swiss chard, chopped
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 crushed garlic cloves
    • 1 teaspoon dried celery
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation:

Rinse the green vegetables under cold water and drain them in a large colander. Put aside.

Grease a large skillet with two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic, spinach and Swiss chard. Sauté for five minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Whisk together the eggs, dried celery, salt and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Tilt the pan to distribute the eggs evenly and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Using a spatula, place the omelet on a plate. Add the greens and fold the omelet in half.

Ingredients for 4 serving(s)

1 medium shallot(s)

2 cm of ginger

2 cloves of garlic

1 pod of chili (hot)

1 sprig of lemongrass

200 g of green beans (s)

1 bunch of basil

1 tbsp. rapeseed oil

500 g ground beef

1.5 tbsp. pepper (cayenne)

2 tbsp. fish sauce

2 tbsp. lime juice

1 head romaine lettuce

How to prepare?

Preparation
